What We Inspect

Our programs vary on what kind of inspection you have requested.

The Standard Home Inspection can take from 2-3 hours and covers the home from the basement/ crawl space to the attic and roof.  We inspect all the major components of the home to include the electrical panel, heating and cooling systems, interior, kitchen, appliances and much much more..

Commercial Building Inspection and Multi Unit Residential Inspections will inspect as much or as little as our client requests.  If a full building inspection is requested the time to complete can vary depending on the size of the building.  We will inspect all the major components of the building from top to bottom and we use a team approach, making sure we have experts to comments on major operating components of the building ie:  advanced electrical systems, HVAC systems, self-sustaining technology and much much more...

**New Service** Utilizing Infrared FLIR Technology    We are proud to employ the latest techniques in inspection utilizing infra-red technology.  We utilize a FLIR camera which picks up on temperature variations and in turn the camera can virtually see problems such as: moisture, overheating components, previous leaks or problems, air leakage and much more.

**New Service** Energy Loss Assessments  Want to see exactly where you are losing the most energy???  We can do this in minutes just by taking thermal photos of the outside of your home.  Don't spend money thinking you need to fix your entire house to save money on energy costs, we can pinpoint the problem for you.
